Cancellation Policy
Role of Nomadik Morocco Nomadik Morocco acts solely as a travel planner and coordinator. All services (transportation, accommodation, activities, and excursions) are provided by independent third-party service providers, who are solely responsible for the execution, safety, and compliance of their services. Nomadik Morocco does not operate or control these services. Payment - All prices are quoted in euros (€). Payments in MAD are converted at €1 = 11.8 MAD. - A deposit is required to confirm the booking. Deposits paid via PayPal are subject to a 5% transaction fee. The remaining balance is preferably paid directly to third-party service providers by cash or bank transfer. If Nomadik Morocco collects payment on behalf of a provider for coordination purposes, a 15% surcharge may apply. Cancellation - More than 15 days before departure: deposit refunded (excluding transaction fees). - Less than 15 days before departure or no-show: deposit non-refundable. If Nomadik Morocco cancels due to safety, weather, or force majeure, a refund of the deposit or a credit for a future trip will be offered. Insurance - Personal travel insurance (cancellation, medical, luggage) is strongly recommended. Force Majeure - Nomadik Morocco is not responsible for delays, changes, or cancellations caused by events beyond its control (weather conditions, natural disasters, authority decisions, etc.). No compensation is due in such cases. Acceptance - By confirming the booking, the client acknowledges and accepts these Terms & Conditions.
